Dear Sisters of Sacred Heart #141

Our pot luck to thank the Knights of our Parish for their moral and financial support during our participation in the “Relay for Life” will begin at 6:00 PM on Thursday August 18^th.  A copy of the sign up sheet is enclosed as a reminder to those of you who volunteered to bring something.  Thanks in advance for providing a great dinner for the Knights.

The rummage sale is now history and Phyllis along with her committee did a fabulous job.  Thanks to everyone who donated and worked at the sale.  It just seems to get bigger and better each year.

I’ve been busy working on the booklet and have tried hard to make committee assignments as you have requested.  There are some adjustments necessary to fill the slots on all of our committees.  If for some reason, you will be unable to participate please let me know and we’ll try to make other arrangements.  Hopefully the booklet will be completed in time for the August meeting.

Welcome to our new institute deputy Margaret Sanders.  We look forward to a great year under her guidance.

Coffee Hour for August was provided at the Rummage Sale.
