CATHOLIC SCRIPTURE STUDY -The Catholic Scripture Study is a great opportunity to grow closer to Christ and His Church through the study of sacred scripture. This year study will be the book of Romans. The study includes a binder with the scripture readings, commentary notes by Steven Ray, questions and answers, a DVD lecture and notes for each lesson and online support. This is a 25 week study from September through May. The study meets on Wednesday mornings from 9:30-11:30 or evenings from 7:00-9:00. Babysitting is available. Congratulations to the graduating seniors from the high school youth group: Brandon Miranda, Michele Kurtyak, Ivan Sanchez, Troy Villanueva, Jose Garcia, Alex Impastato, Jessica Kennedy, Ethan Kinyon, Chris Green, Miguel Reyes, Brenda Lozano, Carmen Monreal, Monica Monreal, Alejandro Martin, Jesse Mendoza, Adriana Rosales, Alejandra Duran. The class of 2010 will be honored by the parish with a baccalaureate mass to be held on Sunday, June 13, at 7pm - this mass will also be the first of the weekly 7pm Sunday Youth Masses.

High School Youth Group will break from regular Monday meetings through the summer and return to meeting regularly on Sunday nights beginning August 29th.

Theology on Tap will continue meeting Monday Nights through the summer.

JR. HIGH YOUTH GROUP TOUR TO THE CATHEDRAL OF THE BLESSED SACRAMENT Invitation to all the youth in 7th and 8th grade to join us on a tour to the Cathedral in Sacramento, on Sunday, June 13th. For more information contact Minerva Nunezat (530) 220-3196.

Our Religious Education programs here at St. Peter’s are offered in both English and Spanish.  English classes are on Sunday mornings in between the masses starting at 9:40 am and ending at 10:40 am for grades Pre-school (3years-4years and must be potty trained) through sixth.  Confirmation classes are Tuesday evenings at 6:30 pm ending at 8:00pm.  If you are an adult wishing to learn more about the Catholic Faith, please look at the RCIA link on this website. 

Registration is held the weekend of June 26th & 27th, July 10th & 11th, and July 17th & 18th.  If you choose to register after August 16th  there will be a late fee of $10.00 added.  The registration forms and health form are available by clicking the links in blue or the buttons above.  Please print and fill them out before registering.

Material fees for classes are $40.00 for the first student in the family and $25.00 for each following student in family.  First Holy Eucharist and Confirmation classes are $ 75.00 per student with No Discounts.

SUPPORT OUR YOUTH GROUP You can help support our Youth Group and get some beautiful rosaries and jewelry, too! Stop by the tables outside church after every Mass this weekend, and next weekend also, for the big sale. There is a great variety to choose from, all reasonably priced. There are Advent wreaths and Christmas cards also available. Thank you for your support of this fundraiser. Without YOU, there is no youth program; they are our future.
